At Hope for Homes, we believe everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to call home. Our Home Construction program partners with families in need, offering them the opportunity to help build their own homes alongside volunteers while paying an affordable mortgage. We construct homes that are decent, modestly sized, and reflect the local climate and culture, using quality, locally sourced building materials. Our efficient building methods and the labor of volunteers and partner families keep construction costs low, making homeownership attainable for low-income families.

Additionally, we offer a unique tiny house program, perfectly suited for those seeking compact and affordable housing solutions. Our tiny houses range from 500 to 850 square feet and include one, two or three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a utility room with a stacked washer and dryer. Each unit features a spacious front porch, fostering community engagement and promoting a healthy lifestyle. With two parking spots provided for convenience, these homes are designed for functionality and efficiency, requiring sweat equity and manageable payments from our homeowners.

Qualifications:- Families are selected based on their ability to pay a mortgage, housing need, and willingness to partner by completing sweat equity. Applicants must have lived or worked for at least the last six months.
