Community- Led Projects
Empowering residents to take charge of their community’s transformation. We believe that true revitalization happens when those who live in a neighborhood have the opportunity to lead initiatives that directly impact their environment.
Equitable Policy Advocacy
Promoting fair housing policies and systemic change to ensure long-term equity in housing opportunities. Working with policymakers to push for fair housing laws, rent control measures, and protections against displacement. Educating residents on their housing rights and providing resources to navigate legal challenges related to housing discrimination or unjust evictions.
Infastructure Enhancement
Upgrading streets, sidewalks, and bike lanes to enhance mobility and safety for residents. Modernizing water, sewage, and electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient services for all households. Developing and maintaining parks, recreational areas, and community centers to foster social engagement and well-being.
Our Home Construction program partners with families in need, offering them the opportunity to help build their own homes alongside volunteers while paying an affordable mortgage.
Through our Home Repairs program, Hope for Homes addresses the critical need for safe and accessible housing, particularly for older adults, veterans and those living in deteriorating conditions.
